Shipping Time & Rates

  • Domestic Shipping (India):
    Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.
    Standard shipping rates apply based on location and weight of the package.

  • International Shipping:
    Estimated delivery within 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Customs & Duties (For International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your package in real time.

Delays

  • While we strive to deliver on time, unexpected delays (such as weather, courier issues, or customs clearance) may occur.

  • Sakina Abaya is not liable for delays once the package has been handed over to the courier.

Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
